It’s a sandwich of insulation between stressed timber sheets...makes it 5 times warmer than a insulated brick wall ( and stronger too)
Insulation value of 0.15 ( putting it bluntly 10 times warmer than a double glazed window !!!)
The Warm Roof Pro can hold 100kg per square metre so climbing on it is no problem ( if you still clean your own windows and fascias)
Most commonly used for new houses and garden studios we thought we would use them as roofs ....what a great idea
